About Ana

Licensed psychologist, psychotherapist, and global consultant, based in Stockholm, working with clients around the world.
For 15+ years, I’ve supported people through anxiety, burnout, identity shifts, and cross-cultural transitions. My work blends evidence-based methods like CBT and Narrative Therapy with a grounded, intuitive presence that helps people feel safe enough to shift.
I’ve lived and worked across borders, from Lisbon to Stockholm, and bring that lived experience to everything I do: creating meaningful content, holding space for transformation, and living slowly with my family.
